If log in fails and you get the following message " You must login to continue " this means that your browser needs to be set slightly differently. This is usually the case with Internet Explorer-6 i.e. the standard browser on most pc's bought in or after 2003. To adjust your browser setting proceed as follows: Click on 'Extras', then 'Internet Options' (at bottom), then 'Advanced', then 'Data Security' and move the slider down to 'low'. Submit. Re-enter your User Id and Password. (Extras /Internet Options /Advanced /Data Security). |
