The property had everything one could want on holiday. Perfect.   (stayed : 2016-07-16)

A very enjoyable stay with our dog. Easy acces to the beach and gorgeous walks nearby, plus two very good restaurant/pubs within a few miles. What more could you ask for!   (stayed : 2016-04-23)

We had a fabulous stay at Bwthyn Hir. The cottage is extremely well equipped, very clean and cosy if the weather is unkind. The gardens are lovely to spend a sunny evening in too. Margaret was very welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in the cottage and the surrounding area, a freshly made lemon cake was much appreciated and delicious!   (stayed : 2015-08-15)

We had a very pleasant if rainy week in the accommodation. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Bwthyn Hir is a converted cow byre and is very roomy. The temptation to squeeze an extra room in has been resisted and the decor is refreshingly simple, none of the usual frilly soft furnishings etc. I would happily stay there again in the future.   (stayed : 2016-06-25)

Excellent stay, very comfortable cottage with everything you could ever need. Really clean and what a location. The walks and fresh air are amazing. Thank you for a lovely weeks break we will be back.   (stayed : 2018-04-07)

Lovely warm and spacious accommodation finished to a high standard and well equipped. We enjoyed being able to walk straight from the cottage over the field to the coast path. We were lucky enough to see good sunsets and clear starry night skies too.   (stayed : 2015-09-05)

Lovely, clean and long cottage, all aspects situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is well stocked, one of the best we have visited. Good shower with lots of water pressure. Slept like a dream, beds with good mattresses and pillows. Good wifi connection, needed too as none of us had mobile phone reception (only got reception few yards up the road). Great welcome with fab homemade flapjacks, yum   (stayed : 2016-04-06)

Really lovely cottage, 10 minutes walk from the beach, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Owners were very helpful.   (stayed : 2017-07-29)

A warm cosy comfortable cottage close to the coastal path. It was perfect for us just wanting a peaceful retreat with stunning walks close by. The Sloop pub in Porthgain served lovely food. The fish and chips were excellent!!Our host Margaret was very welcoming and even made us a lemon drizzle cake which was gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage for a relaxing break.   (stayed : 2016-02-11)

Very well equipped for a holiday cottage. Comfortable beds and large warm bathroom. A very short walk over a field to the beautiful coastal path and a small pebbly beach. Dog friendly but no trace of dog hair or doggy smell in cottage.   (stayed : 2015-09-26)
