Although compact, this studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay in St. David s, the location is very convenient for the town and for buses to take you to the coast. The owners are very obliging and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Prospect Studio was everything we had hoped for.It was comfortable, very well equipped and perfectly placed to enjoy all that St Davids and the surrounding area has to offer. On-site parking was a real bonus and Caroline and Peter were charming hosts,being very welcoming and helpful yet totally unobtrusive.We will definitely try to return at some point.

A compact room with a small smart galley kitchen, all kitted out to a very high spec. The high ceiling made the small space feel light and airy and the bed was AMAZING! A super shower and nice friendly owner. Great for a couple, we ll definitely return.

Prospect Studio is a short walk from the centre of St Davids, with all the access that brings to pubs, shops and supermarket. The Studio is compact but had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was spacious and modern. We had ample living andmoving space in the bedroom/ living area. Caroline, the owner was very prompt in her responses to e mails regarding our booking.

Beautiful studio with a double bed for a couple or individual. Open ceiling to the rafters, velux window and 2 sash windows (one in shower room) with a view to Carn Lidi. Off the road with parking to the front. Microwave and rings for self catering. Peaceful and very convenient for the Cathedral, restaurants, shops & supermarket. Excellent value!

Ideal base if you wish to walk and explore the Pembrokeshire coast or for just a relaxing break. The studio was ideal for our visit - coastal walking - the bed was very comfortable!! Just minutes from nearest pubs and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
