Our policy on Short Breaks is as follows:

** New for 2009 - WEEKEND BREAKS **

We are happy to say that we can now take Weekend Breaks as well as Short Breaks during the week, during the low season (November to March).

These weeks are marked below with SB (Short Break accepted).

Should the preceding day or leaving day not be booked by arrival/departure, you may arrive after
12pm or depart by 4pm. (Otherwise arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am).

Our rates are as follows:

Use of 1 BEDROOM (max 2 people):
1 or 2 nights £120, 3 nights £140, 4 nights £150, 5 nights £160, 6 nights £170

Use of 2 BEDROOMS (max 4 people):
1, 2 or 3 nights £170, 4 nights £180, 5 nights £190, 6 nights £200

Use of 3 BEDROOMS (complete house - max 6 people):
1, 2, 3 or 4 nights £200, 5 nights £210, 6 nights £230

To book a Short Break, mark the relevant week, fill out the details and press the continue button.

Then on the next page click the Short Break box and select the start date and the number of nights and bedrooms required. The new price will then be displayed. Fill out your personal details and submit your booking.

** Book 3 Nights - Pay 2 Nights rate **
Available during some winter weeks. Please book the 3 nights required and we will charge you just the 2 nights rate.

** Short Breaks - ONE extra Night FREE **
Available during week days during some winter weeks. Please book the number of week day (Mon - Thurs) nights required and we will adjust the price so that you pay for one night less.

** 4 mid week nights - pay 3 nights **
Available during some winter weeks. Please book the 4 nights required and we will charge you just the 3 nights rate.

1 or 2 Person Reduction

30% reduction off any week from NOVEMBER to MARCH inclusive, except Christmas and New Year.
