The just Booking service is sold on a per property/unit yearly basis, starting any day of the year.

There is an initial set up fee of £15 (excl.vat) and the rate per year is as set out below:
  • 1 - 2 properties £25 each
  • 3 - 6 properties £22.50 each
  • 7 - 14 properties £20.00 each
  • 15 - 24 properties £17.50 each
  • + 25 properties £15.00 each
The availability calender can be in use for up to 2 years i.e next years can be started at any time this year with just one payment.

To appear in the global availability search results e.g. at holiday-cottages.co.uk an annual £15 (+ vat) charge per account is made.
